He previously headed the Legal Advisory Office of the Municipal Department of Privatization and Partnerships, where he played a significant role in the development and legal structuring of projects, public procurement proceedings, and oversight of the implementation of major privatization, concession, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in the City of S\u00e3o Paulo, including the Anhembi-Morumbi Complex, Ibirapuera Park, and Pacaembu Stadium. He has also served as a legal advisor to the Municipal Departments of Health and Government. He was an attorney at the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES), where he monitored the bank\u2019s equity interests in public and private companies.<\/p>\n<p>He is a university professor of Administrative Law and Constitutional Law at Universidade Nove de Julho.
